I always still shoot in auto, but later I upped the saturation a little bit with my photo editor. It's a very basic one (read: free!), and I can only really use it for cropping and slight color adjustments. But actually, it's so weak that this coloring is really close to the original! The sun was low behind me...the sky was gorgeous that evening.

I'm curious about your settings here. How did you get the sky to turn out so blue??
